THAI ANGELS RESTAURANT

 

The Thai Angels Restaurant has been established and family owned since 2004.Our head chef and owner (Chainart Sairat) has had extensive experience in hospitality industry for over 17 years.

Born in Roi-Et, Issaan, Northeast of Thailand.

Migrated to Australia in 1991, at the age of 16 where he began to work in the kitchen as kitchen hand. There, he was given the responsibility of stirring, tossing and assisting with minor cooking. Little by little, he was introduced and shown how to prepare and cook different dishes. From there that he discovered his true passion in life and that is food. Working full time in the kitchen as well as studying full time at high school. Went on to study hospitality and working at various restaurants before joining Sheraton Towers in Melbourne. Married in 2003 to Elizabeth who he met since school days and had been working together in restaurants while studying at the same campus and later completed BA of nursing. Today, Thai Angels restaurant has still remain the same owners and the style of food has evolved with the sophistication palate of its loyal customers who has been supporting the business since day one. Every time they visited Thai Angels restaurant, they are treated just like family and that’s what made Thai Angels who they are today.
